How it works
Leadsmate
Leadsmate Enquiry Management System captures all the relevant information, the visitors fill-in at the source itself (from the website). The enquiries are stored in a database from where it can be pulled up and sent to your enquiry management queue so that you can go through them one by one in the order it was received and distribute them to the relevant Travel Support Desk or to the Agents/Sub-agents without missing any of the potential leads. The status of enquiries can be marked as PENDING/CANCELLED/CONFIRMED and all the pending items can be sent to the FOLLOW-UP Desk for further efficient Follow-up actions.
